How it works:

During a coaching session, Lori will ask preliminary questions to define the emotions, limiting beliefs and/or mental blockages that stand in the way of your progress. As agreed with Lori’s assistance, you will be guided into a state of relaxation.

The Hypnosis part of the session takes place in a profoundly relaxed, yet completely aware and natural state. You are always in control! Lori uses a series of techniques, including mental imagery, to guide you into a deeply relaxed, highly-focused state where you can create the positive changes you are seeking. Communication takes place in your subconscious mind — in the area where memories and habits are stored.

Remember: You willingly allow the relaxation and hypnotic state to take place, while having the ability to stop the session at any time.
